Residential Institutions Redress Board - This Web site provides a general outline of the way in which the Board deals with applications for redress. An easy to navigate site with information upon how to apply, downloadable forms, frequently asked questions, and useful documents.

Irish Child Abuse Commission - This website has been established to provide the public, and in particular members of the public affected by its work, with an additional source of information in relation to the Commission and its work. many useful pieces of information about the Commission with user friendly guides for all categories of people who may use the Commission.

Oasis - Online Access to Services, Information and Support – is an Irish eGovernment website. The site provides information on the social and civil rights of everyone in Ireland.

The Garda – Ireland’s police service which has responsibility for the criminal investigation of child and adult sex abuse cases.

Dublin Rape Crisis Centre provides a comprehensive therapy programme for victims of rape and sexual abuse. It also provides education and training to professionals together with literature and leaflets to increase public awareness on sexual violence within our society.

Cork Rape Crisis Centre - Information, support, counselling, group work and outreach for all survivors of rape, assault and child sexual abuse over 13. Suitable venues arranged for people with disabilities.

Rotunda Hospital – Sexual Assault Treatment Centre

Womens Aid Dublin A voluntary organization which provides support and information to women and their children who are being physically, emotionally and sexually abused in their own homes.

Victim Support gives emotional and practical support for victims of crime and helps victims in dealing with the criminal justice system.

The CARI (Children at Risk in Ireland) Foundation - The CARI Foundation is a registered charity founded in 1989. The primary aim is to provide a professional, child centred therapy and counselling service to children, families, and groups who have been affected by child sexual abuse. This is available around the country and they also provide a telephone helpline service.

The Irish Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Children(ISPCC) A child protection and child advocacy agency providing services to children and prents in Ireland.

Childrens Rights Alliance Aims to promote aware and understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Ireland and to contribute to the advancement of the general well-being of all children in Ireland.

The Samaritans provide a 24 hour confidential emotional support for people who may be going through a difficult time in their lives or who come to a point when life may be getting too much.

MASC (male abuse Survivors Centre) MASC is a confidential support service for adult male survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, incest and rape. This service is based in Galway.

NCS The National Counselling Service is a Health Board Service providing counseling to adults who have experienced sexual abuse. It was established initially to provide counselling to adults abused in institutions but also offers support to adults abused in other settings.

Right of Place - Right of Place is an organisation set up to help and support survivors of Institutional Abuse in Ireland. The group is managed by a committee of five former residents of industrial schools, who are also ably assisted by a staff of seven former residents of Industrial Schools. The group is funded by the Department of Education, through the city of Cork VEC

The London Irish Centre - For the past 49 years the London Irish Centre has been providing Advice, Accommodation, Training, Employment and a range of Cultural Experiences and Learning facilities for successive generations of Irish people. For over 17 years our Missing Persons Service has sought to locate lost relatives of Irish people throughout Britain.

Ken Doyle's Site - This web site describes the abuse of a young boy named Kenneth M. Doyle and his brother Patrick. The story is not fiction and can be disturbing to those who read it. If child abuse and torture of children bothers you you may want to skip this site.
