Established in 1991, Paul W. Tracey Solicitors Ireland are an Irish law firm who handle cases at District Court, Circuit Court and High Court level on a weekly basis.
Our practice has been involved in litigation work for nearly fourteen years now, (not to mention our Solicitors' previous experience) for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
We handle cases heard before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal, Residential Institutions Redress Board, Personal Injury Assessment Board and the Hepatitic C Tribunal.

Paul W. Tracey (Principal)
Paul W. Tracey Solicitor is the principal of the practice established in 1990. Paul qualified in 1982 having studied law in U.C.D. and the Law Society of Ireland. He worked with Marren & Company Solicitors between 1982 and 1990 where he gained extensive experience in general practice, prior to setting up his own practice.
Paul has wide-ranging experience in the field of litigation including large-scale litigation cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has a particular interest in advising clients in a proactive way by working closely with each client's particular needs. He has tutored students at the Law Society of Ireland Law School and is a member of A.P.I.L and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
Paul was also personally involved in the development of an advanced computerised legal case management system called Opsis which is now widely used throughout Ireland in Solicitors practices.
Jane Flannery (Solicitor)
Jane Flannery, BBLS is a graduate of UCD and qualified as a Solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in 2001. Jane joined our firm in 2004. Prior to joining our team Jane headed up a conveyancing team in a large conveyancing firm. Jane has a wealth of experience in dealing with conveyancing transactions. Since joining our firm, Jane has concentrated on both maintaining a conveyancing portfolio and working directly with Paul Tracey.
Sharon Tracey (Practice Manager)
Sharon Tracey, BA (UCD), ACA. Sharon has been involved in the practice since 1995. She spent her training years in KPMG after which she worked in Bank of Ireland for 4 years. Sharon has many years of experience in Practice Planning and Development. Along with responsibility for the Financial Management of the practice she undertakes an overall management and quality assurance role.
